BURGAN FOOTWEAR
“#MyBURGS SELFIE” INSTAGRAM CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OFWINNING. THIS CONTEST IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM (OR FACEBOOK).
1. ELIGIBILITY: ThisContest is open only to all owners of a BURGAN pair of footwear. You need not be present to win. Employees (and their immediate families orthose living in the same household) of GULF Ppojects Holding, Accessories and Retail Corporation, its BURGAN Footwear Mfg. Co Division(“Sponsor”) and their/its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, and related companies, suppliers, printers and advertising, promotional and judging agencies are not eligible to enter or win.
2. HOW TO ENTER: Contest begins at 12:01 EST on March 15, 2016 and ends at 11:59 pm EST on December 31st, 2016 (“ContestTerm”). During the Contest Term, follow @Burgan.Shoes on Instagram© and using the Instagram App upload a picture of you showing us a recent BURGAN Footwear purchase using thehashtag #MyBurgs for a chance to win a new BURGAN pair. Only one name per Instagram account will be accepted. You may enter only once. Photographs must not contain any material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, defamatory, slanderous or libelous.
If your entry is the winning entry, you will be required to provide some or all of the following information: your name, address ,telephone number, date of birth, and e-mail address in a private fashion.
3. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: There will be one (1) Prize awarded each week during the Contest Term. The Prize consists solely of a pair of footwear in the value ranging from ($35.00 to $130.00). The approximate total retail value of all the Prizes to be awarded is ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00). All duties, shipping liabilities are the sole responsibility of the Winner. No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for the Prize permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Winner will be randomly selected based on best pic, creativity, quality, and suitability of the entry submission as determined solely by the judges selected by Sponsor, whose decisions are finaland binding in all matters relating to this Contest. The Prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. Only one Winner per household is permitted. You may enter the Contest only once during the Contest Term.
4. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Contest.
5. CONDUCT OF PARTICIPATION: By entering the Contest, entrant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by the Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant acting in violation of the Official Rules or found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Contest or the website.
6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and each of their/its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; printing or other errors; andany entries or mail which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected,stolen, mutilated, illegible, postage due or any combination thereof. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspendor terminate the Contest in the event that it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. In the event the Contest is terminated early, a winner will be selectedfrom all eligible entries received at the time of termination.
7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, Winner and entrants agreeto release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram and each of their/its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by the Winner, entrants or any other third partiesrelated in any way to the operation of this Contest, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Contest-related activity or participation in this Contest.
